3rd Annual UMass Film Festival
UVC-TV 19, UMass' only student-run television station on campus, is hosting its 3rd Annual UMass Film Festival this semester. The film festival is designed to celebrate film production and, most importantly, student filmmakers. Film categories include documentary, narrative, and experimental.
All UMass students are eligible to enter their work for a small fee. Entries submitted will be judged by a panel of students, UMass faculty, and staff. The winning films will be screened in the Cape Cod Lounge in the Student Union. Subject to official rules, entries submitted will air as UVC-TV 19's regular programming on Channel 19.
The deadline for entries is 5 p.m. on April 4. To enter, students can visit the station located in the basement of the Student Union (to the right of the Hatch) to pick up an entry form and official rules or download the forms from UVC-TV 19's website.
