Lecture: Socially Responsible Mutual Funds
James Ma, Ph.D. candidate in Finance, will be the guest speaker at this week's Finance Seminar. The topic of the seminar will be "Socially Responsible Mutual Funds - A Summary Look." All are invited to attend.
James Ma's research interest is in the expansion of the domain of socially responsible financial studies. Specifically, he is interested in the study and development of theories and techniques measuring, both qualitatively and quantitatively, the impact of insider information, insider trading, exuberant executive incentives and other sensitive issues on the value of public investments.
