Advanced Karate
This one-hour session is open to brown belts and up who are registered with a JKA-style Shotokan Karate organization.
The UMass Shotokan Karate club strongly encourages new members to join and has a very strong beginners program. We typically introduce 60 to 100 new members to Shotokan every semester! Start something new this semester and attend one of our Beginners training sessions.
Free to observe. To train with the club requires a valid membership card obtainable for $5. Training costs are $1 per night or $25 unlimited per semester. There are approximately forty nights of training per semester.
