One-Man Play: It's Better in Amharic
It's Better in Amharic is a one-man show performed by Yossi Vassa, an Ethiopian-Israeli. Yossi acts out his travels from Ethiopia to his new home in Israel. This performance will delve into what it means to be a Jew in Ethiopia and an African in Israel. Yossi talks about it all - the ridiculousness, the hilariousness, the troubles. He will make you cry. He will make you laugh. And most of all, he's funny.
