Un Amour Pendant la Guerre (Love During The War)
Lewat-Hallade's moving documentary explores the lasting consequences of rape as a weapon of war. Journalist Aziza, finally reunited with her family after Congo-Kinshasa war, remains haunted by the traumatic stories of the women she met in the eastern Congo. She returns to find them and to assist in their courageous efforts to overcome stigma and to denounce the abuses of the past.
