The first half of the workshop covers the basics: accessing RefWorks, searching catalogs, importing references from library databases, managing citations, and creating bibliographies using various citation styles (e.g. MLA or APA).
The second half of the workshop covers more in-depth applications: manipulating your database, adding parenthetical references with Write-N-Cite, and sharing files with RefShare.
