Breuer rose to fame as a cast member of Saturday Night Live from 1995 to 1998. He is best known for his original character "Goat Boy" and for his impression of actor Joe Pesci. Also, Breuer costarred alongside Dave Chappelle as "Brian" in the 1998 comedy Half Baked. Currently, he hosts a radio show, Breuer Unleashed, on the Sirius Satellite Radio channel "Raw Dog Comedy."
