Voices Against Violence Educational Series

What will you do about men’s violence against women? Ignore it? Deny it? Condone it?

Or will you join us on November 27, 28 and 29 to learn more about what you can do as an empowered bystander to create change?

EVENTS:

1. Pornography Forum - Tuesday, November 27, 7:00 pm, Campus Center 165-169.

Join us for an open discussion on the impact of pornography in our society. Please come with an open mind and a willingness to engage critically.

2. Walk a Mile In Their Shoes - Wednesday, November 28, 9 am-5 pm, Campus Center room 168-172.

"Walk a Mile in Their Shoes" is a visual display of the number of calls made to the local Pioneer Valley rape crisis center. Take a walk through this moving exhibit.

3. Stalking and Harassment Panel - Thursday, November 29, 6pm, Berkshire Dining Commons.

Join us for dinner and a thought provoking discussion about stalking and harassment. Our powerful panel of speakers includes representatives from the Everywoman’s Center, University Health Services, School of Education, and the UMass Police. Learn how you can make a difference!
