Join us for an affordable, multi-course meal prepared by the HT-MGT 355 (Menu & Quantity Food Production Management) class, and dine with a view from the Marriott Center at the top of the Lincoln Campus Center!
On the menu this week:
Lentil or Chicken and Rice Soup
Sun-Dried Tomato Bread
Romaine with Ginger Dressing (with dinner)
Baked Scrod with Tarragon
Butter served with a Squash Medley and Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Eggnog Bread Pudding
Lunch: 12pm - 1pm; Dinner: 6pm - 7pm
