The Massachusetts Soldier's Legacy Fund Luncheon
The University Women's Network will be holding a luncheon at the Campus Center with the guest speaker being Peter Trovato, a UMass alum and founder of the Massachusetts Soldier's Legacy Fund. The topic of this luncheon will be "Fallen servicemen and women: help their children defray the cost of college." The Massachusetts Soldiers' Legacy Fund was established specifically to help the children of Massachusetts servicemen and women who have died while deployed.
A complete luncheon will be served, from soup to dessert. The food is prepared and served by students in the Hotel Tourism and Management department.
