Social Responsibility Fair

Over two nights in November (11/2 and 11/9), every Isenberg School of Management first-year student will participate in poster presentations that focuses on the role of business in society.

150 groups of 3-4 students each, from the Transitions seminar, have researched topics on business's role in society. Some broad areas were given for them to consider - the responsibility of business in society; ethical leadership; ethical decision-making; corporate governance.

Research outcomes will be presented in a poster fair forum. Students will present their topic in visually appealing posters and will be prepared to answer questions on their research. Half the class will be presenting each day, and the other half will be evaluating their peers. In addition, indepedent judges will evaluate the presentations and the public is invited.
