Art of Living Course
This is a six session experiential workshop based on ancient yogic techniques and the knowledge of the subtle laws that govern the mind-body complex, designed to develop the full potential of life.
Yoga - to relax the body and improve circulation;
Pranayama (breathing techniques) - to increase and balance the flow of energy in the body;
Sudarshan Kriya (healing breath) - to cleanse and bring harmony into all levels of one's existence;
Meditation - to calm the mind;
and interactive group processes and games that bring this ancient knowledge into sharp focus and make the whole experience a lot of fun!
