Annual Renaissance Banquet

The Annual Renaissance Banquet is just the occasion for those adventurous souls who like to explore what life would have been like in the time of Queen Elizabeth (the First!) Period-style food and service will be seasoned with a wide variety of Renaissance entertainment throughout the social hour and buffet. Reservations for the Banquet at $50 per person, which benefits the Center’s Great Hall Project, may be made by calling (413) 545-2551. Renaissance dress is optional but encouraged.

The event is sponsored by the Massachusetts Center for Renaissance Studies, an institute of the University whose mission is to contribute to the field of Renaissance studies with research, teaching, and outreach to the campus, the community, and beyond. The food will be prepared by executive chef Jean Leary, overseen by University Club manager and host Dennis Scott.
