Wild Alaska Seafood Week

A model for quality, purity and responsible fishing practices, Alaska Seafood is also the perfect ingredient for healthy flavor. All DCs will feature sustainable Alaska Seafood at lunch and dinner October 1-5. Sample salmon, cod, Weather vane scallops, and more. You are invited to meet Randy Rice, Seafood Technical Director for the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute, who will speak on seafood sustainability and nutrition. His presentation will be Thursday, October 4th at 7 pm in the Berkshire Room.
