Real Estate Club Guest Speaker: Bob Ansin
The Real Estate Club is hosting a guest speaker, Bob Ansin, who is a UMass Amherst alumnus and a big-time real estate developer in the city of Lawrence. His company, MassInnovation, is transforming the city of Lawrence with their "green" living practices and techniques. His newest development, "Monarch on the Merrimack," is a 600+ condominium development with retail and commercial space also available.
