Featuring Ellington's Nutcracker Suite & Twelve Days of Christmas; Rob McConnell's Winter in Winnipeg; grad student & band member John Leonard's arrangement of Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas; other holiday favorites arranged by Stan Kenton & new compositions & arrangements by graduate jazz composition majors Steve Kirby & Woo-Young Soon.
Soloists will include saxophonists Jon Bean, Lena Bloch & Joe Mayo; pianist Brian Raymond & trumpeters Jared Burrell & Scott Daugherty.
