Funding Graduate Research- Fall Info Session
The Graduate Student Grant Service presents an introduction to finding funding for your research. Experienced faculty advisors will speak on topics that include:
-- Insights into the application and review process
-- How to structure a funding proposal
-- Tips and tricks on proposal writing
Also included will be an introduction to services provided by the Graduate Student Grant Service, such as search-able online databases and personal consultations.
An alternate information session will be held on Friday, October 19 from 3:00-5:00, but it is recommended that you begin the proposal writing process as soon as possible.
Note: Attending this information session will allow you to sign up for one of our upcoming proposal writing intensives, where you can workshop a proposal in progress with a faculty mentor. You cannot be admitted to a writing intensive without first attending an info session.
