The UMass Inner Arts Club offers comprehensive training in Tai Chi and related practices for health and self defense year round.

For early risers, Tuesday morning class is a great way to start your day, scheduled to allow you to get where you have to go on campus by 9:00 AM, energized, refreshed, and centered. We also practice Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings (see below and the weekly event listings on this site for locations, times, and classes offered).

Whether you are looking for a gentle way to get your mind, body, and spirit into shape, or a martial arts practice that is about creating peace, you have found what you are looking for.

TAI CHI FOR HEALTH - BEGINNERS: Tuesdays 7:30-8:30 AM, Wednesdays 6:00-7:15 PM, Saturdays 10:00-11:15 AM

MARTIAL ARTS FOCUS - ALL LEVELS: Tuesdays 8:30-10:00 AM, Wednesdays 7:15-9:00 PM, Saturdays 11:15-12:30 PM
