Kate Bernheimer is the author of a novel based on German, Russian and Yiddish fairy tales, The Complete Tales of Ketzia Gold (FC2), and editor of the collection Mirror, Mirror on the Wall: Women Writers Explore their Favorite Fairy Tales (Anchor/Vintage). Formerly the George Bennett Fellow at Phillips Exeter Academy, she lives in Western Massachusetts and edits Fairy Tale Review. She has recently completed a second novel.
