Tai Chi and Internal Kung Fu
The UMass Inner Arts Club offers comprehensive training in Tai Chi and related practices for health and self defense year round.
Our beginner's classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings are a great way to start your day. They are scheduled to allow you to get where you need to be on campus by 9:00 AM feeling energized, refreshed, and centered. You can also practice with us on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
Whether you are looking for a gentle way to get your mind, body, and spirit into shape, or a martial arts practice that's about creating peace, you have found what you are looking for!

Tue/Thu, 7:30-8:30 AM; Wed, 6:00-7:15 PM; Sat, 10:00-11:15 AM
MARTIAL ARTS FOCUS:
Tue/Thu, 8:30-10:00 AM; Wed, 7:15-9:00 PM; Sat, 11:15-12:30 PM
