How a Philosopher Became a Psychologist Who Fell in Love with Operations Research
Professor Donald Fisher, the Director of the Human Performance Laboratory, will deliver the first lecture in this new seminar series. The title of his lecture is: How a Philosopher Became a Psychologist and Fell in Love with Operations Research.
The seminar series is organized by the UMass Amherst Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS) Student Chapter with support provided by the Isenberg School of Management, the Department of Finance and Operations Management, and the John F. Smith Memorial Fund.
