Three consecutive sessions will address the theme:
"The Science of Medicine: Bench to Bedside"
* Aaron Lazare MD, Chancellor UMass Medical School, will discuss his new book, On Apology, as it relates to the interpersonal relationship between healthcare professionals and patients.
* Richard V. Aghababian MD, FACEP, UMass Medical School, will discuss the medical aspects of bioterrorism.
* William J. Morgan MD, Worcester Medical Center, and Arthur Pappas MD, UMass Medical School, will present on Boston Red Sox Sports Medicine and Vignettes.
