Asian Night 2007
Asian Night is an event/show that the Asian American Students Association put together annually. This year will be the 24th annual Asian Night. The show consists of cultural, traditional, and modern dance, songs, and spoken word performances.
Traditional Asian food will be served, as it is a big part of Asian culture.
Just like years past, there will be two guest performers, Kristine Sa and Bao Phi. Kristine Sa is a Vietnamese singer who was raised in Toronto. She has had over four albums out, and her most recent is called Hopeless Romantic featuring her hit song "Consequence" which has been aired in New York City.
Bao Phi is a spoken word artist. He is currently residing in Minneapolis. His poems extracts emotions. He has performed at many colleges, and never fails to leave the audience in awe. He has two CD's full of his work out, as well as a book of his collected poems.
