Karate: Training - All Levels

Please note that Friday's trainings are temporarily in a different location from the rest of the week's schedule.

Friday's class is a full two-hour block where all levels train together. We will begin with short warm up and then jump right into a two-hour training session continuing to develop and expand on the tecqniques we've been learning. New students are welcome.
