**The Nexus Magazine serves as a platform for dialogue among students about issues that matter to us. We believe that expression through creative writing and the arts can link the various groups working towards issues of social justice. We believe in free expression, so we don't censor any articles/art nor do we wish to change opinions that are not popular. Nexus hopes to bridge the gap between the often polarized political groups in our community by providing space for differing opinions to be shared and discussed. **
