Everywoman's Center Spring Book Club "Women of Many Colors"
We will read and discuss books written by women of different cultural backgrounds, giving us a bird’s eye view on how they see the world in relation to themselves. Our first novel, Maud Martha by Gwendolyn Brooks, will be discussed on February 15, 2007 from 6-7pm. Book Club meetings are held one Thursday a month throughout the semester. All are welcome. If you cannot make one meeting, don’t worry, you can come to the next one! Meeting dates are: February 15, March 8, and April 12, 2007 from 6-7pm. Call to sign up.
