UMass A-10 ShootOut
A campus-wide student basketball event held by the Atlantic 10 Athletic Conference.
The A-10 ShootOut is an event open to all undergraduate and graduate students. Students must try to score as many points in thirty seconds from designated spots on the floor. Participants compete in three divisions: men, women and coed, with great prizes up for grabs for the winners, like roundtrip airfare, or even the chance to win $10,000! The event will also feature live music, performances by the UMass Dance Team, the STA Travel Slam Dunk Contest, and tons of other entertainment and opportunities to win prizes like an XBOX 360, an iPod, a catered Super Bowl Party, and gift certificates to local businesses. Students can register the day of the event, or pre-register online at our website.
