Performance: Winter is Over-Rated with Jesse Blumenthal
A video, sculpture, and performance exhibition by local hero/artist/philanthropist Jesse Blumenthal.
The video will focus on shots of the British Columbian coast mountains in the summer as well as process footage of art pieces juxtaposed with snowboarding (with ice rink shavings) on sculptural "jibs." The sculptural elements themselves will be exhibited. A performance will take place (weather permitting) outside the venue on a grassy area. Distaste will be handed out in goodie bags.
