Our Bodies, Ourselves: Menopause - An Evening with Judy Norsigian
For decades women have trusted Our Bodies, Ourselves to provide up-to-date and honest information on a wide range of health concerns. In October 2006 the new book, Our Bodies, Ourselves: Menopause will be released. In addition to the physical and emotional aspects of menopause, the book examines the social, political circumstances in which millions of U.S. women experience this transition. Judy Norsigian, director of the OBOS Collective will be in Amherst to discuss menopause within the context of the rich and varied life experiences of women from diverse backgrounds.
