"Landscape Tropologies," An Exhibition of Photographs
The exhibition "Landscape Tropologies" features the work of six photographers, for whom the depiction of landscape represents an extremely important component of their physical experience in the world. By examining the variety of ways in which landscape may be viewed and interpreted, it is hoped the viewer can come to gain a greater appreciation landscape's current status as rather slippery 'cultural construct'.
A reception will be held on Tuesday, October 10 from 4 to 6pm.
Directions & Parking
Herter Art Gallery is located at the north end of Herter Hall west of the Fine Arts Center. Public parking is available at all times behind the Robsham Vistors Center and at meters along Haigis Mall. Nights and weekends parking is also available in Lot #71 west of the Whitmore Administration Building.
