Free Tai Chi Classes
Free Tai Chi Classes at the Student Union Art Gallery every Wednesday 5:30-6:30 pm.
Open to all!
This class will introduce participants to foundation skills necessary for the practice of the art. Suitable for all levels, each session will include: gentle warm ups, conditioning, coordination, and chi kung (energy cultivation) exercises, as well as Tai Chi movements, traditional Chinese medical theory, and presentations philosophical basis of practice.
No previous experience is required. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, and simple footwear (socks/bare feet are o.k.). Students with physical limitations or concerns should contact the instructor before attending: getinfo@innerartstaichi.com
About the instructor:
Jeff Felberbaum has been a student of various martial and healing arts since childhood, and has taught Tai Chi since 1991. He is a UWW student at UMass, and currently leads classes through the UMass Inner Arts Club

Directions & Parking
The Student Union Building is in the central area of the UMass campus. The Art Gallery is on the first floor of the Student Union, located on the South Side the Building, across from Earth Foods and the Cape Cod Lounge. Parking is available in the adjacent Campus Center Parking Garage.
