Tai Chi Chuan & Internal Kung Fu at UMass
The UMass Inner Arts Club offers ongoing classes in Tai Chi Chuan, Pa Kua Chang, and formless internal martial arts training for health and self defense.
These arts are taught in an accessible fashion, affording students an opportunity to practice in an authentic, yet lighthearted, atmosphere.
