Caring for Patients in a Combat Zone
UMass Amherst School of Nursing alumna Lieutenant Colonel Judith Lee, '86 BS, will present: Caring for Patients in a Combat Zone. Judith has served in the United States Army for 20 years and most recently was Chief Nurse at the 86th Combat Support Hospital in Iraq, the Army's premier medical facility in that country. Judith and her team of health care providers were the focus of a recent HBO documentary, Baghdad ER.
