Tai Chi Chuan and Internal Kung Fu at UMass
The UMass Inner Arts Club offers ongoing classes in Tai Chi Chuan & Pa Kua Chang, two of the three Chinese internal "sister" arts for health and self defense.
We also offer formless internal martial arts training to benefit any stylist--no need to learn a new "form."
