Campus to Career Programs: Interviewing Strategies
Alumni guest speaker Sara Coady ’02, will discuss what employers look for when identifying the best candidate for a position. Sara is a senior recruiter for Keane, Inc., a Boston-based business an IT services firm that delivers strategy consulting, application, and business process services to clients. In her position as recruiter, she works with clients to qualify their hiring needs, and then conducts research to identify the best candidate. She also reviews resumes, conducts interviews and negotiates pay.
