Dominican Independence
Casa Dominicana is proud to present the 13th Annual Dominican Independence "A Tribute To Our Founding Fathers." Dominican Independence is a chance for Casa Dominicana to express who we truly are as an organization dedicated to the education and empowerment of latinos.
Prior to our independence there was no such word as "Dominican." It's that feeling of quisqueya that every Dominican carries with them no matter how far they are away from home.
This is cultural event open to the general public that demonstrates Dominican culture and history.
The night will include live preformances from banda Rigo Rigo, Cayena and Flavor Unit Dance Team, Public speaker Edward Martinez from the Dominican Consulate, authentic food from Fernandez Restaurant, and an open dance floor!!
DJ Andres will be playing the hottest in Hip-Hop, Salsa, Bachata, and Merengue to keep you moving all night long!!
