Will Eisner: Selected Works, 1947-2004
The Herter Gallery presents a retrospective exhibition featuring original works by Will Eisner, one of the true pioneers of the comic book genre in the twentieth century. Best known perhaps for his innovative comic book supplement, The Spirit, Eisner's legacy also includes countless newspaper strips, essays, and ground-breaking graphic novels.

Herter Art Gallery is located at the north end of Herter Hall west of the Fine Arts Center. Public parking is available at all times behind the Robsham Vistors Center and at meters along Haigis Mall. Nights and weekends parking is also available in Lot #71 west of the Whitmore Administration Building.
