In one of his least known works, Gutierrez Alea brings us three stories about the fight against Batista’s dictatorship in 1950s Cuba, including: "El herido", "Rebeldes" and "La batalla de Santa Clara". The revolutionary epic explores present as a cuasi-documentary.
