Since this is such a popular movie the Native students in the Josephine White Eagle Cultural Center will reshow this movie for all who missed it yesterday.
The featured film, Incident at Oglala: The Leonard Peltier Story, is an eye-opening documentary about events that took place on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota. A standoff with FBI agents and Indian activist result in several deaths on the Pine Ridge Reservation. After the incident the government blamed the tragedy on one person, Sioux political leader Leonard Peltier.
