Russell Edson was born in Connecticut in 1935 and currently resides there with his wife Frances. His books include The Very Thing That Happens (1964), The Childhood of an Equestrian (1973), The Tunnel: Selected Poems (1994), The Tormented Mirror (2000), and The Rooster’s Wife (BOA, 2005).
