University Without Walls Information Session
You will learn more about how you can design your own degree program, and how you can earn credit for learning you have done "outside the walls" of the university. We will provide you with the information you need to complete your Bachelor's Degree through the UMass University Without Walls. Offered in Amherst, Springfield and Online. Directions & Parking
Route I-91 can be reached from the east or west via the Mass Turnpike (I-90).
Take I-91 north to Exit 19 (Route 9, Northampton). Bear right (east) on Route 9 and go approximately 4.5 miles to Route 116 North (left turn at the lights) for 1 mile to the UMass exit. Take a right at the top of the exit ramp onto Massachusetts Avenue. Stay on Massachusetts Avenue through the first set of stop lights to the top of the hill and at the second set of stop lights take a left onto North Pleasant Street. Proceed for one half mile to the next stop light. Continue through the light, UWW at the Montague House will be the first driveway on your right hand side. Metered parking is free after 5 pm and is immediately in front of the Montague House. Parking is also available next door at the School of Education/ Marks Meadow Elementary School.
