Wine Appreciation Dinner & Art Auction To Benefit Cystic Fibrosis
If you like South American food and wine or are interested in international art, plan on attending the Wine Appreciation Dinner and Silent Auction.
Students from the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management are organizing a five-course gourmet meal and donating proceeds to Cystic Fibrosis Worldwide (CFW), an international NGO associated with the World Health Organization. CFW is dedicated to improving the life expectancy and quality of life for patients suffering from Cystic Fibrosis worldwide.
The event will also feature a South American wine tasting and wine education sponsored by Frederick Wildman & Sons wine distributors. There will also be a live jazz band and a silent auction featuring artwork from Italian artist Natalie Massone Saiph and Indian artist Hafeez Ahmed. Official sponsor, the Colonnade Hotel in Boston, has donated a getaway package as have other great hotels.
