Union Member Home Buying and Refinancing fair
Any campus union member (including GEO memebrs) may receive information on first time home buying and/or refincancing programs that are sponsored through the AFLCIO Housing Trust Fund.
Local counselors from the AFLCIO's Housing Trust Fund will be on campus to explain homebuying and refinancing programs available to any campus union member (including GEO). Credit checks will also be able to be run free of charge at the event. Some of the Trust Fund's benefits include: reduced closing costs on purcase and refinance loans, low interest mortagages with flexible payment plans, low or NO down payment options.
