Art of Living Course

A five-session experiential workshop based on ancient yogic techniques and

the knowledge of the subtle laws that govern the mind-body complex,

designed to develop the full potential of life.

Sudarshan Kriya (healing breath) - to cleanse and bring harmony into all levels of one's existence

Yoga - to relax the body and improve circulation

Pranayama (breathing techniques) - to increase and balance the flow of

energy in the body

Meditation - to calm the mind

Interactive group processes and games that bring this ancient knowledge

into sharp focus and make the whole experience a lot of fun!
