Commencement Lodging Registration Deadline
A limited number of residence hall rooms will be available for relatives and friends of graduating UMass Amherst students for the night of Saturday, May 21, 2005.
These rooms will be traditional single and double residence hall rooms.? Each room is furnished with a twin bed, dresser, desk, and chair per occupant.? Each guest will be provided a pillow, a pillowcase, a blanket, two sheets, and a towel.
Shared community bath facilities are centrally located on each floor. There are no rooms with private baths. The residence halls are not air-conditioned and pets are not allowed. Please be aware that graduating seniors and other students involved in commencement will also be housed in the residence halls.
To guarantee a reservation please complete the form provided below and return it, along with full payment, to the University Conference Services office by Friday, April 29, 2005 at 5 pm. There will be no late or on-site registration available.
