The Art of Living Course has been attended by over 6 million people from all backgrounds in 140 countries around the world. The course was recenlty covered by the Los Angeles Times and "Countdown with Keith Olbermann" (MSNBC).

About the Art of Living Course:

A six-session experiential workshop based on ancient yogic techniques and the knowledge of the subtle laws that govern the mind-body complex, designed to develop the full potential of life.

Sudarshan Kriya (healing breath) - to cleanse and bring harmony into all existence

Yoga - to relax the body and improve circulation

Pranayama (breathing techniques) - to increase and balance the flow of energy in the body

Meditation - to calm the mind

Interactive group processes and games that bring this ancient knowledge into sharp focus and make the whole experience a lot of fun!

Weeknights: 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Weekends: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
