An experiential breathing-meditation workshop explaining the health and stress-management benefits of Sudarshan Kriya - a powerful yogic breathing technique.

Stress, anxiety and depression are known to be significant factors in the onset and progression of a wide spectrum of illnesses ranging from cancer and HIV-1 infection, to asthma and cardiovascular disease.

Sudarshan Kriya and related breathing practices taught on the Art of Living Course and enjoyed by over 2 million people worldwide. The technique is known to eliminate chronic stress and positively affect related medical conditions.
