Gentle Kripalu Yoga

Experience a greater sense of health, well-being and peace by joining this meditative and nurturing class of yoga.

You are guided to move at your own pace, honoring your body's needs in each moment in a compassionate and non-judgemental way. Classes consist of warm-ups, guidance through a series of postures, breathing exercises and a deep relaxation. Please bring a mat or blanket to sit on and wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Classes are every Wednesday from 02/23/05-04/23/05.

A $55 fee per participant will be charged for this eight session series. Participants will receive payment info at the first session.
