Tan Tui Kung Fu Workshop

Tan Tui Kung Fu is also known as “Spring Legs” due to its fast and accurate kicks. This series of twelve routines contain fundamental techniques for many traditional Chinese forms, and provide an excellent grounding for the martial arts. The style is simple yet very effective for self-defense. One not only learns a formidable way of fighting, but simutaneously develops the body control and coordination required for many advanced styles of kung fu. This training is prerequisite for Sifu Zhang's more advanced curriculum.

Sifu Zhang has more than twenty years of experience in Shaolin Kung Fu and other Chinese martial arts forms. He studied with his father, Master Lu Ping Zhang, Grandmaster Cai Feng Xiang, and Master Xie Bin Can. Huan is skilled in traditional Yang Style Tai Chi, Hsing-I Chuan, Chi Kung, Tan Tui, Shaolin, and Chin Wu Kung Fu. He is also proficient in straight sword, broad sword, spear, and dagger.
