Safe Choices for Thanksgiving Workshop
This workshop deals with Thanksgiving concerns such as making healthy choices while shopping, safely preparing ingredients ahead of time, time tables and cooking temperatures to prevent food-borne illness, safely presenting and serving the meal, and how to correctly store all those leftovers.
